“We all have an abundance of shoes and clothes. We can all easily afford to give up clothing to those who are in need. It’s nothing to grab and put it in the bin. ” Williams wants a bin in every pro sport locker room.

Rewind to 2010 when the NFL’s Denver Broncos were in the midst of one of their worst seasons in franchise history. University of Miami graduate and Broncos’ linebacker D.J. Williams coined the phrase ‘DYME LYFE’ while making people feel special, even when they were down on their luck. In 2011, the philosophy became a movement, and soon after a clothing line. Four years later the fashionable ‘First Love Yourself’ with its acronym FLY branded gear offers hats, shirts, hoodies, flannels, and sweatpants.

Now, in his second season with the Chicago Bears the veteran linebacker has new energy, was featured in the new motion picture ‘When the Game Stands Tall‘, and he has been getting great support for his clothing line.

In seven NFL seasons Williams has helped give back to the community through philanthropy with children. He also has great passion for taking care of his friends and family, truly leading and inspiring the DYME LYFE movement.
