Chef David Beckwith Shares Cooking Skills and Lunch with Denver

Tuesday, March 11th – Chef David Beckwith will treat the Denver community to good eats and conversation in a demonstration lab provided by the Metropolitan State University of Denver. With over 35 years of experience, and a current position as a Chef Instructor at The Art Institute of Colorado, Beckwith is a great addition to MSU Denver’s “Loving to Learn” series. The series holds complimentary sessions that aim to educate, engage, and enrich the Denver community in health and wellness knowledge.

Chef David Beckwith will focus on the ease of cooking seasonal dishes with sustainable elements. The dishes prepared at the event will feature nourishing food from local gardens, farmers, and ranchers. “Beckwith is passionate about teaching and executing ‘good cooking’ done honestly with natural and healthy flavors and committed to seasonality and authenticity.”
