Mike Will Downey

Mike has studied film and entertainment since age four while growing up on a farm in small town Granville, Ohio. Mike has seen over 4,000 movies and owns over 30,000 songs in his music collection. He’s written hundreds of short stories, seven screenplays, music videos, and songs. In 1999 Mike won a writers award for his work as a journalist in Ohio.

Mike graduated from Ohio University where he put himself through college running a chain of video stores, managing 140 rental properties, and even pioneered stand up comedy at Playboy’s top rated bar “The Night Court” in Athens, Ohio. In 2002, Mike attended the Masters in Business Administration program at University of Denver for a year.

From 2003-2007 Mike started two sports companies and sold both businesses, generating $2 million in sales. Starting in 2008 Mike split time between Denver, New York and Los Angeles immersing himself in media, film, and music industries.

Mike currently runs operations for Lead Alliance, overseeing its Music and Motion Pictures divisions.
