Scott Wiper graduated from Wesleyan University (Middletown, CT) with honors. Film major. Won Frank Capra Prize for Best Student Film. Minored in French; studied at University, Paris. Four year varsity letter winner, football; played outside linebacker for Wesleyan Cardinals. Played with Eric Mangini who is now the head coach of the New York Jets. New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is also a Wesleyan grad.

Started as a director/writer studying film at Wesleyan University; he often played a role in his movies which led to occasional work as an actor, but directing and screenwriting have always been his main focus.
Wiper has written and directed feature films ‘A Better Way to Die’ and ‘The Condemned’. His latest screenplay ‘The Cold Light of Day’ is in development with Intrepid Pictures.
